RETURNS & EXCHANGES
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. To start a return, email us at info@vestigias.com.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

- Damaged or defective items: We cover everything — free replacement at no cost to you.
- Size exchanges: Free exchange. We cover the shipping.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
Contact us at info@vestigias.com within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
