Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy , which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Standard returns (change of mind, no longer wanted): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Damaged or broken items: We offer a free replacement at no cost to you.
  • Size exchanges: We offer free exchanges for size replacements at no cost to you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As stated above, replacements for damaged or broken items are free of charge.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

All apparel items are returnable as long as they meet the conditions outlined above.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear
  • Gift cards

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge a restocking fee on any return or exchange. Provided your item meets our return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, within 30 days of receipt), you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to your original payment method. No deductions or restocking charges apply.

EXCHANGES

For size exchanges, contact us at info@vestigias.com and we'll arrange a free exchange. For any other reason, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

UNITED KINGDOM 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, if the merchandise is being shipped into the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This statutory right is in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 Business Days . Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
